At Total Bag Envy, we want you to be happy with your purchase so all our products are quality assured and carefully packed before they leave our warehouse to reduce the risk of damage. If however you change your mind, or in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product, we have made returns and exchanges simple for you.
For your convenience, we offer three methods of payment. We have online credit card facilities, PayPal or Direct Debit through the Commonwealth Bank. Please note that if you aren't with the Commonwealth Bank your order can take up to three working days to be processed and shipped. At Total Bag Envy, we use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post to ensure that your bag arrives safely to your door. It typically takes 1 to 2 business days to process an order. Delivery is between 1 to 10 business days from receipt of payment to all metro areas. Please allow 6-7 days for metro and up to 10 days for rural. Shipping is charged within Australia at a flat rate of $9.95 to cover packaging, handling and delivery.
International orders are welcome, and the price varies depending on the country the bag is being sent to and the number of items being sent. We use Australia Post as a reliable and quick way to send parcels internationally. Tracking is available and a signature is required upon delivery. Please allow 5-12 business days. Total Bag Envy cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit.

Returns & Exchanges
At Total Bag Envy we want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange or refund your item within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in a new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging. It is at Total Bag Envy's discretion to determine if the item has been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. Please note that any item deemed as used will be ineligible for exchange. It is Total Bag Envy's sole discretion to determine if the item has been used. If this is the case, the item will be returned to you and no exchange or refund will be provided.
All that you need to do is email our customer service team what you would like to do and you will be given an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is at your expense; however because we value your loyalty, we will not charge you additional shipping costs to send out your exchanged item.
At Total Bag Envy, we believe in our products and in the quality of the craftsmanship of each item. We offer a 12 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. In order to improve our products, we ask that you return all defective products for our inspection. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced at our discretion. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear or the normal breakdown of materials (i.e., zipper wear) over extended time and use. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please email our customer service team with your date of purchase and a description of the fault.

Colours in online photography can look different to the actual product. At Total Bag Envy, we hire the best photographers to ensure that we get the closest and clearest possible image for you. Unfortunately, because everyone’s computer is set to a different resolution and has different software, it is impossible for us to guarantee that you will see the exact colour. If you have any questions about the colour of a product, please email our friendly customer service team and they will be able to describe the product and answer any questions you have.
Gift vouchers are the perfect gift to give someone when you don't know what to get!
